Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Speech Therapist at MAY Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. located in Bandar Baru Bangi. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in patients of all ages. You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply)- Experience in assessing and treating various speech and language disorders
Knowledge of different therapeutic techniques and approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and their families- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Have a good teamwork- Ability to accurately assess and diagnose patients
Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in outpatient or community settings is desirable- Continuing education and professional development is encouraged
