Responsibilities:- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Support and foster the development of communication, cognitive skills, play, and social skills.- Conduct both individual and group programs.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and families.
- As a therapist, demonstrate warmth, engagement, and dynamism, along with a high degree of responsibility and initiative when working with children.
Master's, Bachelor's Degree, or Advanced Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, Sports Science, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, Physiotherapy, Allied Science, or related fields.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, IEP programs, or special-needs therapy is an added advantage.- Proficient in oral and written English.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
