the role
- Review and convert Customer Specifications
- Record and communicate standards in the company's information systems, reviewing customer specifications and drawings.
- Work with Account Management and Process Engineering to ensure customer requirements are aligned with operational goals.
- Collaborate across departments including Customer Care, Pricing, Graphics, Quality, Engineering, and others.
- Lead the internal approval process for Customer Specifications.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Participate in customer calls as needed to discuss negotiations and specification requests.
- Regularly update global Specification standards
- Track the progress and completion of each Specification document electronically.
- Support the Change Notification Review system.
- Address external and internal complaints by applying the company's CAPA procedure, including containment, investigation, solution implementation, and prevention of recurrence.
- Assist with additional projects as required within the scope of professional duties.
the experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience handling customer specification documents and agreements.
- Ability to coordinate and work with global teams across various time zones.
- Knowledge of sterile barrier packaging and manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Capable of reading, analysing, and interpreting documents.
- Effective communication skills, including presenting information and answering questions clearly.
- Proficient in conflict resolution with strong organisational and planning abilities.
