In your new role you will:
- Provide and keep up-to-date HR Talent Development Services Data Reports and Statistics to internal and external parties
- Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes.
- Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration (applications and claims, advice on HRDC matters and latest circulars).
- Schedule and Co-ordinate Interview collaboratively with Hiring.
- Inform candidate the interview appointment, documents required for interview and job description.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and time-to-arrange.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies.
- Possesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR Learning systems (SAP, Success Factor)
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Articulate and meticulous
- Diplomatic and sensitive communication with knowledge of intercultural differences
Note: 6 months contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company
