Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (e.g. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
- Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date
- Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
- Providing feedback to drive continious improvement
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle is a necessity as is experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance
- HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply
- Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments
- Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially
- Proficient in HR systems (SuccessFactors), Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
- Language skills (Japanese @ JLPT N3) is a MUST
- Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
