Responsibilities- Perform the functions of this position.
Perform other official duties that may be assigned within due dates.- To update HOU on any matter regarding Early Intervention Programme's (EIP) clients.
To conduct EIP Assessment and reevaluation as required and schedules.
- Evaluate clients developmental needs and monitor the academic & behavioral progress of individual clients.
Develop suitable Individual Education Plan and effective teaching methods based on the assessment of clients needs and module provided.- Select appropriate learning aids, materials and supplies for the use of educational activities by following the module procedures.
Manage clients behavior in the session by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
- To responsible and supervises clients safety and well-being of every EIP's clients in session, centre buildings and in social curricular activities during learning process.
Assist the parents/guardians in continuation the activities and lesson in the session as a home program.- Assist in monitoring the daily health screening (e.g.: medical problem, allergic, temperature, height, weight, bruise or cut) in every EIP's clients.
Create, maintain and update accurate and complete records keeping procedure of clients work, progress and development (e.g.: Monthly Progress Chart (MPC), Progress Report Book (PRB), EIP Assessment Report and EIP Reevaluation Report).
- Participate in staff training and meeting or any EIP events as stated in yearly EIP planner (including internal EIP program e.g.: talk, open day, visit, and sport day).
Communicates effectively (e.g.: verbal and written) to parents/guardians and others professionals (e.g.: therapist, doctor or others support staff) in resulting of benefit to EIP's clients and service.- Report in PLATO for every respective clients that receives services in EIP (including EIP Assessment & Reevaluation) and others programs.
