Job Purpose
The Spa Customer Service & Admin Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role ensures a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry through post-visit follow-up, contributing to overall client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide information about services and treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the booking system.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive clients personal information.
- Purchase & manage inventory in the SPA including but not limited to SPA products & other items needed for the SPA.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting services, packages, and promotions to clients.
- Handle client complaints and concerns in a professionalism manner.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Verify and track SPA Therapist commissions to ensure accurate calculations and timely submission for payment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in administration or customer service. Experience in working in SPA environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (optional)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
