About the role:
We are seeking a talented Sourcer to join our global dynamic team. As a Sourcer at Nintex, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our hiring needs.
Your contribution will be:
Using both our internal ATS and external platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, identify potential candidates for our global roles.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Utilizing various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify potential candidates.
Conducting initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Partake in recruitment strategy meetings and provide input on sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline status and sourcing effectiveness.
To be successful, we think you need:
Proven experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Go-To-Market recruitment is a must
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
