Job Summary : -
The Cold Chain Strategy Manager is tasked with formulating and executing strategies to enhance cold chain logistics operations. This position oversees the entire cold chain process, working closely with cross-functional teams to design customized cold chain solutions, monitor performance metrics, and manage key stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about industry trends and leading projects focused on improving sustainability and efficiency within cold chain operations.
Job Responsibility :-
Develop and implement strategies to optimize cold chain logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the end-to-end cold chain process, including procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cold chain solutions tailored to client requirements.
Monitor and analyse cold chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and customers, to ensure seamless cold chain operations.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure the integrity and safety of the cold chain.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve cold chain processes and solutions.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners on cold chain best practices and protocols.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of cold chain operations.

The outcomes of your efforts will be reflected in comprehensive project plans, regular status updates, and final project reports evaluating the outcomes.
