Key Responsibilities :
- Perform configuration and setup of GPS devices according to client specifications, including hardware settings, network connections, and software configurations.
- Install and configure software applications related to GPS tracking, navigation, and mapping on various platforms (e.g., web, desktop, mobile).
- Conduct thorough testing of GPS devices and software applications to ensure functionality and compatibility with client requirements.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS device configurations, software installations, and connectivity problems.
-Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding GPS device functionality, software features, and troubleshooting procedures.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GPS technology to provide informed support and recommendations to clients.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support services and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements/skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Working Hours
- 30 am - 6.30pm ( have to work alternative Saturdays)
Based in Wisma RKT near LRT Dang Wangi
