Identify and articulate potential risks, barriers, and optimal approaches for project execution, while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity principles.
Provide time and cost estimates, ensuring resource planning for the full project lifecycle.
Customer-Centric Value Delivery:
Develop and present tailored solutions for clients that highlight business value and align with security standards.
Draft proposals, deliver presentations, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase technical feasibility and enhance customer understanding.
Technical Oversight & Solution Architecture:
Recommend appropriate technical solutions by assessing customer needs and evaluating relevant technologies.
Estimate required resources and guide the selection of technologies to ensure robust cybersecurity in proposed solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare comprehensive technical documents aligned with client requirements, such as Terms of Reference, training materials, and site reference documentation.
General & Ad-hoc Duties:
Undertake additional duties as required to support client success and team objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, ideally in a pre-sales role with a focus on network security and general IT infrastructure.
Proficient in network best practices and technologies, including an in-depth understanding of TCP/IP, Proxy, firewall, IPS, endpoint security, APT, and SIEM solutions.
Knowledge of cloud, server, storage, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
Familiarity with mainstream networking (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat) and virtualization/HCI solutions (VMware, Nutanix, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated troubleshooting abilities for network security and infrastructure issues, including familiarity with Sangfor products.
Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, VMware VCP, VCAP, or Cloud Solution Architect certifications from AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for effective written and verbal client interactions.
