Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Overall 10+ experience in solution architecture/lead role with minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Proficiency in Appengine, Appengine Studio, SAP integration, scripting, and UI building within the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of SAP data and CPG industry processes revolving around LTC, RTR, CS, PTP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
