What is my scope
Work with ISVs in one-to-one consultations to build solutions and publish these into Microsoft Could Marketplaces:
Be a trusted technical advisor to ISVs, helping them build and publish well architected applications.
Lead technology decision conversations with ISVs, ensuring that technical decisions are aligned with envisioned solution and business value.
Provides guidance on architecture, deployment, service usage & best practices.
Identify, diagnose, and help solve technical, architectural, and competitive blockers.
Helps coordinating & prioritizing ISV coverage in alignment with the ISV success program stakeholders.
Liaise with the engagement managers on ISV client priority and knowledge transfer.
Documenting project statuses and client interactions in the CRM as well as pointing out inefficiencies and missing features internally.
Serve as an advocate for the ISV success program and as the voice of ISVs with product groups, marketing, engineering & other technology groups:
Evangelise the ISV success program and the value of the Microsoft marketplace including in one-to-many client interactions such as office hours.
Contribute to the creation of material in different formats, written, video, audio to provide additional guidance for ISVs.
Closely work with the engagement management team with a focus on continuously improving customer experience.
Engage with stakeholders to discuss improvements, feedback, and communicate what you have.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology IT , Engineering, or related field AND strong technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and or technical sales experience.
Strong experience within technical architecture, technical consulting, design, and implementation, and or technical sales experience.
OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND extensive technical architect, technical consulting, design, and implementation, and or technical sales experience.
