Job Responsibilities:

Serves as Solution Analyst and takes direction from key stakeholders, business management and technology leadership to execute CR and Project according to business roadmap

Serves as the UI/UX expert within the team to advise, design user journey and prototype for both web and mobile applications

Understanding business requirements, criticality, and prioritization of application capability, managing CR/Application Enhancement and realizing business requirement.

Accountable for end-to-end CR delivery, from ideation to RFS while proactively communicate and collaborates with stakeholders, ISD, business users and vendors throughout project implementation and also follow up on post production issue within the stabilization period.

Executes plans and strategies needed to achieve the portfolios vision and build the capabilities to enable optimal delivery that aligns with strategic intent and input from relevant stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail, as frequently needs to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development as well as find ways to align projects with understanding of enterprise-level system's architecture and capabilities to effectively solution the services to meet business objectives.

Works effectively with business, product managers/owners, vendors and internal team members to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.

Builds and maintains stronq, Iong-lastinq stakeholder relationships.

Responsible for handling E2E solutioning for CR implementation

Responsible for UI/UX implementation and design for user journey (regardless customer/internal user journey) using the relevant tools

Involve and participate in Requirement clarifications, Solutioning, Testing and Production Support

Able to provide solution recommendation options and analytical skills for the requirement/problem statements

Able to take up extra responsibilities when and as needed to support the team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Telco area.
  • Able to independent work and self-learn while seeking guidance from relevant parties
  • Able to demonstrate good communication and good self conduct and relationship with all parties
  • To support business growth in CDS Team
