- Bilingual with Cantonese (Must) and English capability
Education Qualification in relevant discipline- Tertiary qualifications are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
Airline Domain Knowledge Preferable
