Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on AutoCount Products via phone calls, emails and remote access.
Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customers inquiries does not left unattended.
Able to work both independently as well as a team.
Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma in IT related courses.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Service minded person and patient person.
Familiar or experienced with accounting system or software support will be an added advantage.
