As the site engineer installs the machine, the software engineer also performs software-related updates. This department is also responsible for all IT-related matters within the company, and if any items are needed, it is responsible for all purchasing activities. Vary according to the project, from office to business trip (up to one week for business trips).
Creating a proposal
- Creating a cost table
- Meeting with customer
- Presentation at the customer place
- Meeting with customer
- Creating detailed specifications, getting customer's approval
- Explaining and handover the detailed specifications to Programmer (PG) team
- Checking a development progress
- Ordering computer equipment
- Determining a production partner
- Determining a development cost and Negotiating
- Meeting with customer
- Attending UA, checking each function with customer
- Reporting a failure cause to customer
- (Actual failure correspondence will be handled by PG)
- Coordinating with the customer
- Managing Company information system
- Supporting all rerated teams
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Computer)
Skill of Java, Oracle and SQL- Good knowledge of Windows based OS & Application
Good knowledge of Software Engineering
- Must have Strong oral and written communication skill in English
Able to travel as necessary- Car license (they can use a company car if they do not have their own one)
