Software Engineering Lead

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join RunCloud. As an Engineering Lead, you will be

responsible for creating and implementing strategies for project coordination and development

as well as suggesting solutions to identified technical problems. As the first hire of the engineering team, you will set the benchmark and will be given the opportunity to build and

lead the engineering team.

• Responsibilities

Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Contributing to the design and development of innovative new products and features.

• Ensuring that engineering processes are followed to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Maintaining product quality by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.

• Driving customer focus to ensure that we are delivering excellent outcomes for our users.

Have a great leadership and communication to work closely with Product Owner and Top Management

• Love to talk with end user and very passionate in delivering quality product

• Qualification

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes.

• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.

Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Well versed understanding in Agile Methodology and implementation.

A team player.

• Good time-management skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Able to work in distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
