Job Responsibility

Multi-Platform Customization & Backend Development

Shopify: Develop and maintain backend functionalities using Remix for Shopify applications.
WordPress & Drupal: Create and manage custom plugins, themes, and integrations, ensuring seamless backend operations.
Magento: Develop, customize, and enhance Magento modules to fulfill complex business requirements.
Node.js: Develop scalable server-side applications and APIs to support various web and mobile applications.
Laravel: Build and maintain middleware solutions, ensuring eOicient communication between diOerent systems.
Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices to enhance system scalability and maintainability.

System Integrations

Integrate Magento and other platforms with diverse third-party systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, PIM, etc.).
Develop and maintain middleware for seamless data exchange between systems, utilizing APIs, webhooks, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Implement and manage integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, and other external services.

Enhancements & Optimization

Analyze and improve existing backend systems across multiple platforms to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
Address and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and stability issues.
Optimize backend processes such as order management, data synchronization, and real-time updates.

Troubleshooting & Debugging

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, Node.js, Laravel, and other backend systems.
Perform root cause analysis and implement eOective preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, system architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant qualifications.
4+ years of professional experience in backend development
PHP: Advanced proficiency in PHP, particularly within Magento and Laravel frameworks.
MySQL/MariaDB: Strong skills in database design, optimization, and management.
Node.js: Proficient in building scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs.
Laravel: Expertise in developing middleware solutions and backend applications using Laravel.
Microservices: Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise) is a plus.
