Key Responsibilities: To deliver bug fixing solutions within 2 days for non-critical and within 3 hours for critical issues.
To respond to emails to internal or external customers within 1 working day
To assist or Team Lead in developing new programs
To ensure all data transfer protocols within internal exchange or external exchange are encrypted to prevent data theft or data leakages
To upload/transfer data to clients according to daily schedule timings
To support in developing new or enhance existing programs within the stipulated timeframe given
To assist in removing images more than 7 years for each client from production server and saved in archive on quarterly basis.
To support in ensuring all data transfer protocols within internal exchange or external exchange are encrypted to prevent data theft or data leakages.
To assist in yearly review of user access rights for core system
Responsible for all production issue and resolution
Participate in discussion with Clients for requirements gatherings.
Guide junior developers in programs development
Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in software development, preferably in the insurance or financial industry
VB, .Net or C# programming language
SQL Server knowledge
SQL Store Procedure
HTML, Java script, Bootstrap, CSS 3 and above
