Write code for back end processes, web APIs, and, of course, our industry-leading website.- Research technologies and engineers complete solutions to problems.
Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
Here's what we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in software web development;
Development in languages like VB.Net, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, AJAX, C#, JQuery, CSS/Bootstrap, Web API.- Some knowledge of Android, iOS, Ionic framework.
Working experience in development using Microsoft .NET Framework preferred.
- Strong hands on coding in C#, design, and architectural skills.
Solid knowledge and experience in cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change: excited about pushing out lots of code quickly and constantly iterating.
Thorough and methodical: you enjoy working with data and using it to make informed business decisions.
- Empathetic and user-focused - you care deeply about the product experience, you understand users motivations and frustrations, and you genuinely want to help them.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Our monthly pay for this role is targeted at RM6,000 - RM10,000 in Kuala Lumpur. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Build and deliver, test, and refine OpensoftHRs product suite.
- Involved in all aspects of product development cycle, from requirements analysis, writing specifications, code development, verification, and iterations for improvements.
Share ideas and listen to your fellow colleagues to select the best approach to design efficient, maintainable, reliable software design and coding.- Tackle a wide variety of challenges throughout the stack and actively contribute to all parts of our product code base.
Manage unit and integration software testing and assist the Quality Assurance team in providing the guidelines when performing functional testing.
- Comfortable with working both in a team, and independently - thereby able to manage your own workload.
Attend daily Scrums.
