Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Intern Software Engineering
- Study, develop, and deploy system integration for production machines and equipment.
- Database programming to support data automation for production with VB, MySQL language, web engineering, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and visualization.
- Interact with cross-functional groups of engineers, execute projects, and support production machines.
- Lean digital transformation (LDT) test equipment LabView connectivity to Cumulus/Microsoft Power BI via API plugins, Power Apps, Microsoft AI Builder, and Copilot.
- Lean Collect data and facts for identifying wastes to drive lean improvement (eliminate non-value add process).
- Establish an electronic file archiving system and go paperless for documentation.
- Partner with various teams performing tests to ensure data accuracy and technical correctness.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 application.
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Creative and energetic self-starter who can take the initiative to work in collaboration with others.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering/ industrial engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system
- Ability to design and implement efficient production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills and a good team player.
- Must possess excellent structured problem-solving skills
