- Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyzing business problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency or increase profits
Promoting and effectively representing and communicating brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals, thereafter striving to achieve sales.
Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
Ensuring & delivering high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders.
A degree in Marketing or any relevant educational certificate.
At least 2 years of experience in related field.
Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics is crucial.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT sector. This includes experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics relevant to the IT sector. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them.
A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance. Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Prefer candidates who are more likely to take initiative under different circumstances.
