- CRM & customer satisfaction systems
Procurement and fulfilment system- Technical field force automation system
Utilities substation monitoring system
We are looking for an individual to work on requirements gathering and support from our customers, and translate those requirements to our software team.
- The individual shall also be required to harness and explore potential extensions and add-ons to the existing systems, within the same clients list.
our softwares are industry-specific. As such, the individual shall be required to understand key fundamental concepts within the various industries (eg road maintenance, pharmaceutical procurement, etc).- Please note that this is not a business development or sales position.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
