JOB OVERVIEW: -We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Administrator to manage and support our organization's software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all software used within the company. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software applications, addressing user needs, and maintaining up-to-date software documentation. Install and configure software applications, ensuring they are properly integrated into the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Manage version control and ensure the software is up-to-date.
Monitor and apply software updates, patches, and security fixes.- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Track and report on license usage to avoid violations.
- Create and maintain documentation for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Develop user guides and training materials.- Any other duties assigned by the superior.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.- At least 1-2 year hands-on experience with software administrator tasks, including user management, file system management, and security configurations.
Familiarity with server administration and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) are essential.
