Job Description:
As the Social Media Specialist at Duhani Capital, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive client acquisition and retention. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence, fostering meaningful connections with our community, and amplifying our brand message across various social platforms.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals, enhance brand visibility, and drive business objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and pages, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling visuals, videos, and other multimedia content for social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation, engagement, and community building.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key KPIs, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and industry thought leaders to expand our social media reach, foster collaborations, and amplify our brand message.
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and explore new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage social media crisis communications and reputation management, addressing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications or training in social media marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience of 3 years in social media management, preferably in the financial services industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing business accounts and running social media advertising campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, engage with followers, and represent the brand effectively on social media.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to schedule posts, track performance, and measure ROI.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and community engagement on social media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategy and campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
