Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms including text, images, and videos.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic and engagement.Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a positive brand presence.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance. Prepare reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the companys social media presence is current and effective.
Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members and departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction or interior design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 74 - RM3,604.84 per month
