Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of social media trends to inform strategies.
Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
Manage client accounts, ensuring content aligns with their branding and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
Required Mandarin speaking candidate.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to produce engaging content.
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop social media strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret the results to drive decisions.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
