The Content Creator and Social Media Manager is responsible for developing engaging and creative content across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to effectively manage and grow the company's online presence.
_Content Creation_
- Develop High-Quality Content:
- Produce creative, compelling, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, infographics) for all social media platforms, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Write clear, attractive copy for various mediums including email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Visual Content:
- Design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with the brands identity.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers when necessary to produce content.
- Content Strategy:
- Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform content strategies.
_Social Media Management_
- Platform Management:
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms including posting, monitoring, and responding to followers.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic) to assess the effectiveness of content and social media strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
