Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
Manage and oversee all social media channels and accounts.- Optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve company KPIs, including promotion, lead generation, and brand building.
Ensure consistency in branding across all digital deliverables, collaborating with in-house designers on visuals.
- Execute marketing activities such as communications, concept development, and copywriting.
Analyze performance data from digital channels to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.- Manage direct messages, respond to comments, and consider giving shoutouts to engaged users.
Collaborating with the broader marketing team to convey important messages and provide assistance with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Crafting compelling written content with impeccable grammar and spelling to captivate the audiences attention.
Remaining informed about social media advancements, including legal updates, emerging platforms, and new features.
At least 2 years of social media management experience, with a focus on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram- Prior experience in the Financial Services and Fintech industry is essential.
Collaborative team player with innovation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning.
