We are currently seeking a Social Media Executive who thrives on networking, planning, and delivering excellent client service. Reporting Structure
You will be the first point of contact for clients, bridging them with our team. You will report directly to the Team Lead and work closely with the Creative Team.
Job Scope
- Present new social media campaign ideas that drive results in terms of reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Lead, manage, follow up, and execute integrated digital marketing project deliverables with the team.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact for all client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and organize accurate client records, keeping track of contract updates and renewals.
- Collaborate with business development and other internal teams to develop strategic integrated digital marketing plans ensuring ROI and KPIs are achieved.
- Stay updated on accounts to ensure clients receive services within their budget and that their needs are met.
- Analyze and evaluate clients digital marketing performance using metrics across multiple digital platforms.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on consumer behavior to understand changing client needs.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of agency experience.
- Willingness to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
- Professional certification in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in online digital marketing, trends, and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.
- Highly social media savvy; a good trend-spotter.
- Experience in content creation is a plus - the ability to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality design, video, and photo content.
- Content writing skills are an added advantage.
- Performance analysis (understanding Facebook & Instagram Ads) is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously and prepare reports on account status.
Salary Range
MYR 2,500 to MYR 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
