- Responsibilities / Job Description:
Reports to the E-Commerce Manager under the Sales & Marketing department.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and X (Twitter), to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Assist the reporting manager in achieving the departments objectives and key performance index (OKRs & KPIs) targets.- Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and ads tailored to each social media platform, reflecting Rineu's 16PERCENT skincare brand identity and messaging.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly to followers and customers inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote 16PERCENT skincare products, drive traffic to the e-commerce platform, and increase online sales while adhering to campaign timelines and budgets.
Analyze social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance for maximum impact.- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Assist and execute ad hoc tasks from the Management.
- Qualifications / Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Business, or a related field.
- Year of Experience: A minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in the Social Media field.
Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and reports on content performance.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This includes understanding platform-specific features, algorithms, and best practices.
Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. This involves storytelling, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting skills.- Passion for skincare and beauty, with a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
Previous marketing/ CRM experience in skincare is a plus but not required.
