Strategise, plan and execute Headmistress marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions online and offline
Strategise, plan and create Headmistress social media stories & feed, in order to drive traffic and promote engagement on Headmistress social media platforms
Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Headmistress social media channels
Attending to all inquiries and messages that come through Headmistress Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and in person, in a timely & quality manner to meet the daily new appointments and online sales targets
Provide sales support, customer support / service whenever needed6. Other administrative tasks as needed by the Headmistress Management
Job Requirements
Possess minimum Certificate/Diploma in the related field
Can speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Social Media Proficiency - In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and the ability to use them effectively.
Content Creation Skills - Proficiency in content creation tools, software, video editing
Community Management - Ability to engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and mentions from social media
