Key Responsibilities
- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality content (videos and images) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media posts to drive engagement and increase audience reach.
- Stay current with social media trends and audience preferences to create relevant and impactful content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content based on audience engagement and feedback.
- Assist in crafting engaging marketing materials, including graphics and written content.
- Participate in diverse marketing tasks, such as event planning, photo shooting and copywriting, to enhance your skill set and contribute to various projects.

- Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva/Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
