Job Description

Job Summary:

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our online presence. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, graphics, and written content.
  • Produce materials and creatives for social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and innovative.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to build and maintain strong relationships. Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives to boost engagement.
Travel to army camps/bases as needed to produce content that showcases our activities and engagement with military personnel.

  • Qualifications:
Age 23 35 Years
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to army camps/bases as required. A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging platforms.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
