Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the company. This includes identifying target audiences, determining key messages, selecting appropriate channels, and creating a cohesive plan to reach and engage customers.
  • Branding and Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing communications. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand identity in all marketing materials.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive content for various marketing channels such as websites, social media, advertisements. This includes collaborating with internal or external creative teams & various agencies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing timelines and budgets, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research/social listening and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Use market insights to refine marketing communication strategies and tactics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, social media.
  • Have prior experience in talent management.
  • Exceptional ability to translate commercial ambitions into brand goals, strategies and activities.
  • Fluent in marcomm beyond traditional advertising - digital marketing experience is a must.
  • Keen sense of research and loves connecting and deriving insights from data.
  • A thinker, but also a doer. Ability to multi-task, chaos manage and enjoys a challenge.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team (to lead a campaign).
  • Have experience in fast moving industry (Telecommunication, E-commerce/Marketplace and Fintech) is a plus.
