Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging cultivate for various social media platforms, (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Shopee).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
- Write and edit copies for social media posts and ensure alignment with our brand guideline.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Faster and build relationships with followers to enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and content for social media initiatives.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Media/Communication/Marketing/Advertising or any related field
- Minimum of 1 â 2 years experience in a related role will be an advantage
- Fresh grad also can apply
- Can speak in English and B. Malaysia
- Active on social media, with knowledge of marketing & advertising on various platforms
- Proficient in social media and IT skills
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom or any other editing software
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
