1. Responsible for timely and accurate bank reconciliations for all funds bank accounts
2. Liaison point for all internal, regulatory and fund audits
3. Liaison point for Trustees, Shariah Advisor and Tax agents
4. Ensure risk and compliance assessments are completed timely
5. Ensure projects are initiatives are completed per schedule.

• Strong familiarity in processes related to assigned activities
• Act as authorizer where required
• Possess good understanding in regulatory and financial reporting
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills in performing fund activities
• Act as reviewer for daily and monthly cash reconciliation for all fund accounts and ensure timely resolution and escalation of reconciliation breaks.
• Manage and oversee all funds audit and tax related preparation and filing.
• Be meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role.
• Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
• Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.
• Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.

1. At least 4-5 years working experience in asset management or related industry
2. Must possess good accounting and tax knowledge in relating to asset management or unit trust funds

1. In-depth knowledge of MS Office and other RHBAM core systems
2. Good presentation and communication skills
3. Stakeholder management and engagement
4. Good understanding in regulatory and financial reporting understanding
