Primary Objective:
  • Apply the best tools in designing solutions for Technical/Functional Faculty in meeting the needs of RHB Banking Group either independently or with other specialists/SMEs.
  • Responsible to design the evaluation strategy for learning solutions
  • To conduct technical/functional courses to meet the learning needs of RHB employees which contributes to the overall performance targets of Technical, Functional & Business-Project
  • To monitor, evaluate and continuously review the quality of technical/functional learning programmes which will help in tracking the effectiveness of the programmes in enhancing RHB employees job performance.

    • Requirements
    Requirements:
    Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

  • 5 - 8 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities
  • 3 5 years of experience in the area of domain
  • Solid classroom delivery skills and high-performing PC user and an expert in Windows Office Suite.
  • High proficiency in using multiple and innovative training delivery methods and mediums to include blended learning solutions and online tools such as webcast, podcast, and eLearning
  • Experience in developing Web-based and blended training materials using authoring tools such as Captivate and Articulate.
  • Creative and instructional design ability necessary
