Job Scope: - Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes on-site.
Assist in the installation and setup of manufacturing machinery and systems on-site, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the deployment phase.
- Provide support in maintenance tasks and conduct timely repairs to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime production efficiency.- Participate in quality control procedures to ensure manufacturing processes meet specified standards and product quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in collaboration with the production team.
- Assist to interface with clients on-site, addressing queries, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols, promoting a secure working environment for all team members.- Any other duties as and when assigned
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a related field is preferred.- Proficient in equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
