Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
  • Monitor project progress and revise plans accordingly.
  • Arrange jobs, receiving and pick up delivery.
  • Manage each project to ensure completion in accordance with schedule as set by the Project Manager.
  • Conduct Site visit to ensure smooth operation
  • Monitor the workmanship of our vendor or worker
  • Conduct quality control and fix minor defects
  • Work closely with our Interior Styling Designer on the execution of their design
  • Ensure the unit is clean during the renovation process
  • If needed, carry out the basic handyman work.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience in the Construction, Interiors & IT-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hardworking, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to outstation.
  • Good knowledge in Interior Design & IT-Out construction sequence of work.
  • Self-initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
