Conducting assessment for client to identify baseline of skills or problem behaviors
Creating long term and short-term goals, including setting targets / programs for milestones
Analyzing and evaluating the progress of the clients and modifying the targets / programs according to the clients needs
Providing training to and supervising therapist for program / therapy execution (remote / physical) and client management
Facilitating and providing training to parents for ABA related knowledge and practices
Representing the leadership team in the company, leading and managing the team
Adjusting schedules and resources to ease the service for the clients
Serving as a point of contact for the team clinically and non-clinically
Making effective decisions and handling difficult conversations with clients and team
Facilitating communications and request to ensure all parties (therapist, clients, management) are informed
Managing clients enquiries, requests, and expectations during the service
Job Requirements
Degree in Psychology, education or related field
Three to four years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, running intervention.
Experience overseeing or managing clinical cases, at least 1 year experience working as a behavior therapy supervisor, designing ABA programs for children with, Autism, ASD, as well as training junior therapist, teachers and behavior interventionist staff in how to implement interventions
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and staff
Experience with Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP)
