Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee renovation/construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams on project requirements
  • Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with standards; provide technical guidance
  • Strategize and implement measures to expedite project timelines when needed
  • Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving attitude towards achieving project goals

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the renovation industry
  • Prefer expertise in M&E, ceiling, and partition work
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and renovation practices
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and team
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • CIDB Green Card Certificate require
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Petaling Jaya, KL, or Port Klang or be willing to relocate
