Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams, maintaining clear communication regarding project requirements.
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with established standards and provide technical guidance when needed.
Strategize and implement measures to expedite project timelines when necessary.
Demonstrate a proactive and assertive attitude towards achieving project goals, encouraging problem-solving and decision-making within the team.
Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role within the construction or renovation industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and renovation practices.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and internal teams effectively.
Ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring project objectives are met.
Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions promptly.
Relevant certification in Construction Management or a related field.
Education:
- PW2/PW4/ Chargeman certificate

- Technician: 2 year (Preferred)
