Oversee the day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring the project progresses according to the schedule- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Manage and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring they follow the project plan and safety protocols.
- Preparing work schedule, ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard / work in tight schedule and deadline
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they conform to the design specifications.- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process, including technical or logistical problems.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep the project on track.
- Manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure they are used efficiently.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure that materials are available when needed.- Communicate with clients as needed, addressing any concerns or changes in the project scope.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Able to attends any emergency case during on call duty
