Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and order building supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance within project timelines.
  • Oversee site supervision for all structural and civil works throughout projects.
  • Supervise and ensure daily activities at the project site align with specifications and drawings.
  • Provide guidance to construction team workers and subcontractors, overseeing their tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction worker attendance.
  • Report progress to the Project Manager or Site Agent.
  • Conduct work inspections and handle general administrative duties, such as maintaining site activity records and document filing.
  • Manage subcontractors, machine operators, and general workers to ensure progress, workmanship, and quality meet standards.
  • Inspect and accept materials from suppliers to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
  • Monitor daily material quantities to ensure adequacy for site activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary based on site progress.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years construction working experience is required
  • Can speak in English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong construction knowledge
