Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing work crews, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct on-site construction activities to ensure project completion according to schedule and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and address any issues that arise.- Monitor work progress, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, incidents, and material usage.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings, ensuring all workers are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Assist in the interpretation of plans, drawings, and specifications, providing guidance and support to the construction team.- Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, escalating to the Site Manager/Project Manager as necessary.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
- Maintain site security and ensure proper site setup, including signage, fencing, and waste management.
Liaise with the Site Manager/Project Manager to provide regular updates on project status and any potential delays or issues.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
