Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for overall project from start till handover appropriate with official documents comply with ISO/ client requirement.
  • Assist Project Manager to keep track the site work progress and cost control at site.
  • Ensure the project deliver on time with quality.
  • Ensure site workers and sub-contractors workers at the site follow the OHSAS standard and legal authorities requirements.
  • Prepare the weekly project report / safety report and daily report according to the ISO and OHSAS requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least Diploma in relevant courses.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in architectural/ interior design or equivalent.
  • Preferable with knowledge and experience with M&E and IT Out
  • Preferable with GDL license
  • Ability to lead and understand commercial ID fit out construction DWG and MEP drawing.
  • Willing to work long hours prior project deliverables.
  • Able to handle project independently and works under pressure.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills, proactive and positive attitude.
  • Detail-orientated (quality & finishing of the final products) with an aptitude for problem-solving.
