Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cafe staff.
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure it meets cafe SOP.
  • Conduct training for new cafe crew.
  • Schedule shifts and manage crew rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks on the quality of products and services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are adhered to in all areas.
  • Update sales reports to management team.
  • Monitor, update and restock supplies, including food items, beverages, and packaging materials.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess driving license (B2/D).
  • Capable of working in a team without the need for supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
  • Skilled in handling unexpected situations and resolving problems during work.
  • Batang Kali/Meru Jaya Ipoh/Taman U,Tanjung Malim/Taman Scientex, Senai/Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai, Johor
