Job Description:- Supervise site work, monitor on-site activities, and manage the coordination of work performed at the construction site to meet technical specifications.
Collaborate with the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and manage construction activities including budgeting control, scheduling, quality control, manpower/resources allocation and monitor progress of the project.- Attend Site Progress Meetings, Subcontractor Meetings, Client Consultant Meetings and Site Inspection to be updated on progress and address project-related issues.
To conduct checking and recording on all inventory items, e.g. site vehicles, power tools, machinery, materials, etc.
- Hands on Supervision on Site Clearing, Earthwork, ECP, Drainage, Concrete, Rebar, Formwork, Brickwork, Plaster, Skim, and inspection on site.
Keeping detailed records of construction site activities with photos and reports.- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee / workers attendance.
To be responsible for supervision and inspection of work sites to ensure projects are constructed according to schedule.
- To inspect construction site, verify calculations and perform required measurements.
To monitor sub-contractors at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning etc.- To perform quality control for assigned projects and ensure that defective works are properly rectified with contractors claims meticulously verified.
Coordinate with sub-contractors to anticipate and resolve all technical and operations issues arising at projects.
- Oversee the overall construction planning and ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
Address client complaints related to defective work and work on resolution with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.- Prepare and update site progress report to management.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum educational qualifications at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision in Construction Industry.
Possess good communication skills.- Independent, exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Language: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Monday - Saturday.
